Release of “Moisturising Hand Sanitiser” and “Micro Cleansing Towel”
Protea Japan Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Mark C. Minter), which advocates Live Active®, will launch a new personal care brand “LAPOLIS®” from May 20, 2021 (Thursday).
The popular Lapolis series, which has been loved for over 13 years, will be renewed and the lineup will be expanded. The first product in the lineup this time is the “Micro Cleansing Towel”. And the second is the medicinal hand gel “Moisturising Hand Sanitiser” that is indispensable in the new normal era.
The products were released for a limited time in 2020 and were very well received. They are being relaunched as the Lapolis brand. The popular Lapolis Body Shampoo / Lapolis Whip Wash will be added in September 2021. All products will be on sale at the company’s official online store, Live Active® STORE or at stockists nationwide.

What is the new brand, LAPOLIS®?
“Lapolis” is a coined word made from “La peau lisse” which means “smooth skin” in French. From babies to adults, the skin of all people is cleaner and more beautiful.
At Lapolis, we will propose personal care products with the tagline “For you to shine every day”. We want to make everyone’s skin cleaner and more beautiful, and create “sustainable and ethical” products to achieve beauty and health that will last into the future. Lapolis Moisturising Hand Sanitiser
Disinfection from now on is casual and beautiful. A medicated hand sanitiser that gently disinfects hands like applying hand cream to keep hands clean. The gel that stays on the skin for a long time forms an oil veil that keeps the skin moist and smooth. Contains moisturising ingredients squalene, vitamin C, and vitamin E, and is recommended for those who tend to have dry and rough hands due to disinfection, and those who cannot part with hand cream. For daily hand disinfection in the new normal.

Lapolis micro cleansing towel
A body cleansing towel that gently removes even microscopic dirt. A cleansing towel for the body that uses high-performance microfibre that is 1/100 the thickness of a human hair. Just by stroking the skin lightly, the micro-bubbles remove dirt without putting a burden on the skin. It’s moist and soft to use, and you don’t have to worry about fluffing. By using it with body shampoo, you can wash with more fine and plenty of foam. Comes in a box that uses eco-friendly recycled paper (FSC certified paper), making it ideal as a gift.

– Uses high-quality composite yarn that combines nylon and polyester. The special cross-sectional shape that leaves the centre of the thread open makes it easier to scrape off dirt.
